Depression, anxiety and mental health Q&A

Hello guys,

For the past month I've been working on bringing more awareness over these issues since it is a highly stigmatized and misunderstood topic. I struggle with depression and since the last episode I became a fighter and decided to help others, not only giving some advice but also helping to understand it.

So I would like to make a video with questions and doubts that you may have. It is a serious matter, so please be respectful and if you know somebody who might be interested please share =)

Im not asking these for myself or because I dont understand but these could be useful:

1. How does it feel to be depressed?
2. What is depression to you?
3. What are some coping methods for depression that you think will help others?
4. Can depression be eradicated?
5. Do you feel "depression" is a term that is abused so much by those without depression?
6. Can everyone be "cured" of depression?
