Comments counter bug and changes to comments and alerts

I've merged all the threads into 1 as we don't really need several threads about this. :)

Yeah I've noticed the change with youtube notifications too. Before it used to notify me only when I got a new comment, but now it literally notifies me whenever a new video from someone who I'm subscribed to is posted, which is fine on the mobile but not exactly fine on the laptop where I reply to most of my comments, aaaand it doesn't help that I'm subscribed to 268 channels either XD
 
While doing a google search, I noticed that the notifications on the google search page were the old style. I really dislike this new style. And every comment anyone makes on a video is listed twice for some reason...
 
I am the only one who hate the new comments system? Apparently, now we have to load a video to answer comments, we can't do it anymore with the notification button. Each time I click a comment in it to casually answer it like it used to do, it now take me to the video, interrupting the video I was currently watching and and I want to load a video every time just to answer comments. I want the old system from 2-3 weeks ago. I almost stopped using youtube since that new comments system is in place because I can't answer ym comments effectively like before. This suck I want my working youtube! Anyone else has that problem?
 
yeah i was thinking that ^^^ try and check your spam folder, if any spam was to get commented on your video, your settings will filter it out and keep your comments clean
 
There have been a few times it says I have comments on videos, but doesn't show up on the video itself, and I later found it in the "likely spam" folder. That would be my best guess, either it's that, or perhaps just a bug.
