Advice on getting my first 200 subscribers?

Show one of your boobs on the next video. Then at the end of the video tell people that if you gain 1k subs you will show them bought. You'll get to 1k immediately :)))
 
Try uploading weekly and start engaging with your audience! You will Gsin more you just need to upload more videos so people can watch them
 
I know exactly what you mean when you mentioned that promoting yourself to your friends and on social media was a big step. I'm at that point too, it almost feels awkward telling the people you actually know in real life to watch your videos...but they're also the ones that will most likely watch!
