The size of a network isn't really relevant unless that network is somehow promoting it's partners, ie the old Machinima.

Fullscreen is the best for a friendly partnershp. They have better support and help you promote. Also according to some people they pay out more but not sure as i do not have a partnership with them. I know the requirements are 500 subs and 30,000 monthly views

Any network who says they "pay the most" don't lol. Some other network beats them at their rates. A ton of networks require 750 now. Some even 500.

When you have said options, how do you know that you have them and how do you activate them. I've been going through the partnership process with a Network called BuzzMyVideos and I'm pretty sure it's complete but I'm unsure.

BuzzMyVideos said I was accepted but never replied after signing the contract lol, some support team huh? -- You email network support and paste a authization to terminate your monetization with youtube and connect to "whatever" CMS. Then once they email back saying it's terminated, takes about 3 days at most depending on the network and you will get a claiming email, click that and your partnered.
