Machinima Not Paying (Bankruptcy?)

I am Machinima Partner and I have not received my payment as of yet.
Just for a record......

I wonder what will happen if Machinima goes bankrupt.
Shane, can you take me in to Vultra? ;) Will my status qualify?
 
This is what I just got from Machinima in email:

Thanks for the email!
Due to the holiday yesterday, invoice reports and payments for the month of December will be sent to you shortly. We appreciate your time and patience as the internal Accounting team prepares the payments to be sent; your patience is further appreciated as the team enjoyed the holiday weekend. If you have any other questions, please submit a new ticket by contacting support@machinima.com

Thats kindof a bad excuse...
They basically said yea we know some of live off our payments and some may be running low on fund but we really enjoyed the day off from paying you..

How do you get them to reply to your emails? Every single one of mine aren't responded to.. -_-
