Machinima Not Paying (Bankruptcy?)

I am Machinima Partner and I have not received my payment as of yet.
Just for a record......

I wonder what will happen if Machinima goes bankrupt.
Shane, can you take me in to Vultra? Will my status qualify?

Thats kindof a bad excuse...
They basically said yea we know some of live off our payments and some may be running low on fund but we really enjoyed the day off from paying you..

Banks can't process mass payments or payments at all on the weekend and holidays.
