Machinima Not Paying (Bankruptcy?)

This feels pretty unsurprising to me when there's been so much controversy and some people won't even watch any videos associated with them.
 
I joined Machinima hoping to gain a larger audience, better represent myself, and hopefully become better at what I do. Instead they won't even reply to my emails, which is very upsetting. As soon as I get a chance to bring Machinima back to the channel, I get boned and all this crazy stuff with the network happens. :/

So first @RicMachinima (Machinima`s Community Manager) said payments would go out on the 15th, then he said today because of delays, then the 16th and now he is saying in a few days....
 
So the question is, have the partners been paid yet today? I mean it's now the 19th so they have got to do something, otherwise there will be some very angry Machinima Partners.
