Thanks, watched it just now. My Russian is about 85%, here goes the main points I got from the video:
-must be safe as it influences the psyche of the child
-all processes on the platform are algorithmic
-identifying all content that is not totally safe and influences the child in adverse ways
-some content made 1 to 5 years ago and it was okay, but the platform is evolving and more identifying content that will influence in a negative way the child
-there will be drastic consequnces for transgressions
-we can't give a complete list of forbidden topics, but we can say no aggressive, no weapons, syringes, narcotics, but because there are an infinite number of objects and situations, it will be an infinite list + as soon as we give a concrete list, nxt day it will circumnavigated
-don't make content that you won't want to show your own child
-basically don't make anything that can negatively influence a child
-don't violate the rights of the child: sexual, aggression, dangerous
-shocking and making kids scared is not accetable
-must be maximum safety for all viewers, if the child can repeat it and cause harm to themselves or others, it will be forbidden
-deleting videos similar to striked videos will not cause adverse effects to the channel, but any content remaining on the channel will be checked - each creator needs to make a decision how to proceed with their content they can't give concrete advice
-the creator needs to consider their reputation - if they have content that is safe, but also content that is unsafe, the creaor needs to consider what and why that content is there and how they wish to proceed with their channel, but the lady's suggestion is to have only content that is safe
-studios may claim copyright on copyrighted characters, proceed carefully and at your own peril was the jist of it, we don't ban you dressing up but in all cases it must be of maximum safety for kids
-anything the child can repeat from a video (irrespective of context such as cartoon, comedy, skit), if the child can be harmed by the content, it is not allowed
-the algorithm is identifying those channels with inappropriate content, and those with serious and multiple transgressions are deleted, but not all channels are affected, there are many safe channels that are not affected
-challenges: if forcing kids to do challenges, think if this will lead kids to do good actions and if it should be on the platform, is the challenge exploitative , for example if there are 2 kids and they are being forced to do an eating challenge with excessive amounts of chocolate or other foods, this is 100% exploitative because the child is being forced to do something detrimental to their health, emotional state and psyche (future emotional development). Hard challenges are 100% bad and this content must not be on Yt
-sexualized content: this is the most serious infraction, and will be dealt with severely
-good skits with actors in copyrighted characters - Yt can;t answer yes or not, it depends what is being acted out, how is the child treated, are their rights violated, how safe is it and effects on the psyche
-is it worth starting a new channel without "bad baby" and all the other "bad" stuff. now is the best time to start. All the stars of last week who grew their audiences by exploiting kids, they may likely find other things to do, so we welcome new creators who want to make safe content
-if a channel with 100 videos has 20 videos blocked, what will happen - block monetization, delete content, or delete channel, but it is an individual situation and there are no general answers - but if the channel is all cleaned out, one can appeal to have monetization reinstated. It doesn't really matter the % of videos, but how the content of the blocked/deleted video how bad is it - are they bad violations or minor violations
