YouTube in smaller countries?

Let me just say one thing: Pewdiepie. He started off in Sweden (native language), then moved to Italy (started English), and now lives in UK (biggest Youtuber ever). AND he has an accent. I know Latvia might be a small country, but remember that a few years ago here in the US, making YT videos/vlogging was seen weird and crazy, now look at the big Youtubers now!
