Tips on getting views and subscribers?

I am a new youtuber with only 14 subscribers as of now, and I was wondering (other than be consistent while uploading) Is there any ways that could help boost my channel? I have started recently to get more views (I actually doubled my sub count from yesterday alone) but they don't seem as high as they should be. Any Tips? Help?

This question gets asked quite a bit so you should check out some of the other threads on here, but I always tell people to try to boost via social media. Twitter is a great tool for this!

sharing your videos on all your social media and commenting on others videos but only on videos you are actually interested in when commenting try to stay away from. "hey I really liked your video plz check me out" bc most ppl will get annoyed instead comment what you liked about the person or there video bc ppl who may like your comment will most likely check you out good luck!
