No, he will be replaced only when he is too old and can not run the show anymore.
The point is that the bigger you are the more help you get from the YT algorithm and he is simply the biggest in his niche.
Also he reached the extremes in kids/very young teens entertainment so he can not be outperformed as content (the only other way for replacement when you are so big on YT).

When RWJ was on top he looked unstoppable but sometimes things just get stale.
Like a good tv show that after 5 years has outlived its run.

It gets more predictable and less entertaining.
This may happen to Pewdiepie to some day.

Look at the fine bros. 1 wrong move and they lost 1000000's of subscribers.

After a while he's probably going to fade back into the scene and go into management. I know he is already creating his own company revelmode or whatever. It makes since that once he starts to lose popularity that he would try to find the next big youtube star and manufacture the s**t out of em~

That was their own dumbass fault though. I don't think Pewds would be stupid enough to try to claim the tag 'Gamer' or 'VideoGames' or something like that.

Who cares about total sub count anyway? That's not what determines a channel's size. Daily views is the true measure of a channel's size. That's what drives growth.

Pewdiepie gets 8 million views per day. Well that's peanuts compared to a few other channels out there. There is one channel in particular which is less than 1 year old that gets over 20 million views per day. Oh and they are not a gaming channel.

interesting points guys thank you very much! I think its becoming evident that those roasting/exposing esk type videos are seeing a huge boom in attention and I feel GradeA played a big part in this movement as well as Leafy. I agree however that if anyone was to dethrone the legend that is PewDiePie it will take some time as most of you said - his channel is continuing to grow and has a lead of over 20 million!![DOUBLEPOST=1457612380,1457612273][/DOUBLEPOST]
GradeAunderA is growing stupidly fast. he makes some great fun videos

I agree with you so much on this! I think he went from 100,000 subs to over 1 million in just a month! I really love what he is doing for the YouTube community in regards to the fair use - also his content is great :)

I'm shocked Grumps have less than the Pewds. I feel Grumps are better in terms of doing games people like plus Danny's life talks are really good. Pewds seems to do only like one genre while Grumps do a lot yet are only at two million.
