I'll start with the positive things about your channel :
- Banner - Love the banner, looks funny with funny text, but also looks catchy.
- Video - I actually love it that you are confident in talking in front of a camera and sharing it with the world.
What I didn't like and what needs to be improved :
- Avatar - Unlike the banner, the avatar seems like you didn't really work on it. I recommend you improve the avatar so it matches with the banner.
- Thumbnails - I recommend you search "custom thumbnails" and watch a couple Photoshop tutorials.
- Tags - Good amount of tags, however trying using keywords that are not that saturated like "Justin Beiber" and instead use the words like "Justin Beiber sucks", "worst artist 2016" etc. The audience you want are the people that hate Beiber not that people searching for him and his music.
- Title and Description - Like I tell everyone (above) whatever you use in the title use the same words in the description. Moreover, try different titles, you need a more catchy title.
- Schedule - You need to work on a schedule of uploading the videos. You should try uploading maybe once a week, no reason for me subscribing to your channel if you are only uploading once in a blue moon.
Conclusion :
The best advice I can give you is that you should try improving the thumbnails and work on uploading consistent videos. Moreover stick with what the channel is going to be about. If you want tell jokes then tell me once a week funny jokes or stuff you have found funny in your life. Tell the audience more about you, funny things about your family, friends etc. Furthermore, once you have added more videos separate the videos in different sections in the home page. So you can have one section being called "funny things about me and my family", while another section could be called, "Celeberity or singers I hate", "The comedians I hate" etc this way the 'home' page of the channel looks a lot better.
