Paypal have denied QuizGroup payment

I have the same problem, They send me that message on 14/10/2015 and they told me that paypal denied my payment ... i'm gonna ask paypal about that, Than ...[DOUBLEPOST=1445513051,1445449602][/DOUBLEPOST]@Partnership hero are they gonna Add Payoneer Like i Heard! i send them a support ticket and they didn't reply, i did unlick my channel and they declined It, this is too bad, the other 2 method are impossible for me...
I have sent them an email and they replied to me with this:

Payoneer payment option will be available next week.

This really sucks that they closed paypal for this year because for payoneer you need to wait for the card 1month plus it's like 30dollars too much if u ask me because i'm a small youtuber.
I was browsing the internet a little bit and i found payexchanger website and on there is a option webmoney to paypal idk if they are a scam or not but it's my only option if anyone has used that site would be great to share his/her experience.

Yes i know that webmoney is not a scam because i used it last month but the fee is just too high i sent 121 dollars to my bank account and only 89dollars arrived.It's bad that on that site u cannot use your own visa bank card,and the ppl on there don't know english that well.I just hope quiz will bring back paypal next year because paypal was the best

Its a very big fee, very strange, because WebMoney takes as I know not more than 2%. Could this be the commission of your bank?
Also they allow people to use their Visa, at least in Russia.
Nope it's not my bank for example if u want to send 100usd on the WebMoney, calculating ammount and fee page you see Amount, including commission witch is 12.50 usd and web money fee 1.4usd, in total 113.40usd so u need 113.40 usd to send 100usd to your bank. I think the reason why you don't get the full ammount at your bank is because u need to pay taxes,i asked my bank and they didn't take even a dollar when the money arrived but when i wanted to get my money they took 2usd so in total from 121usd to 87usd.When she told me that my face got just so red was about to explode lol.
Oh my god what a robbery they owe me 250 dollars now why webmoney take that much i was reading its only 2% fee and rest is going to your bank. Where you from? i live in poland and banks dont take any taxes for icoming transfers. Fuckng quiz group before they sended money to people by paypal buy transactions and paypal took 5-6% fee other network sending me money as a normal paypal money transfer and i am getting all the money. Quiz group is bunch of irrospinsible russian morons they dont even releasy your channels after breaching terms of contract....
That's why i used the Webmoney because i thought that i will only pay 2% fee,but the reality is completely different. I'm from Serbia and i think that i does not really matter that u are from Poland u will still pay around 20 dollars per transaction.Paypal is the best option that's for sure,i don't know what i will do if they don't bring paypal back. 3 year contract is just too much.But if u earn like 100-200usd a month u could try the payonner option they said that they will add it next week
