Massive drop in views on kid channels

Cocomelon has always had millions of views and been a top 10 channel, 20million subs.

NikiChiki Song & Nursery Rhymes has figured out something but I can't work it out. Are they are Russian channel?

Seems like the Russians and Vietnamese know how to work the algorithm.

Does anyone know where to download nursery rhymes?
 
There is definitely something to going on with the Korean and Indonesian tags.
How to use it to boost views that is the question?

NikiChiki has no tags on some of their videos? How does that help?

Also maybe livestream videos have different rules for suggested and its easier to get in there?

and on that video suggested i see nikichiki and bona nursery rhymes suggested.

pretty amazing the nikichiki channel is verified account and it only has 2 months of videos. My channel is couple years old with over 1,000 videos and im not verified yet.

I just contacted Youtube through chat support and they verified our channel in about 10 minutes while on chat. For some reason, I never even thought about the importance of verification before.

Why no tags? How does that help?
Why are Nursey Rhymes so popular?
And what is the benefit or Arab and Korean tags?

Views fell again. First, July 11th, then August 7th, and even today, August 9th, fell again. What will happen next?

Yes I fell again on 7th. Thousands of Kids channels affected.
Only a few are not affected and they are getting all the traffic.
There is a Kids channel preferred list for big channels, maybe those are safe while the sort out how to control the other million of kids videos.

I don't think being verified makes a difference. I have been verified a long time and still got hit with purge.

there's also a youtube analytics report problem occuring in last two days. look at the pinned tweet on "teamyoutube" of twitter. confirms the reporting problem. my reports are finally going back up in the last 30 minutes.. after 2 days of waiting i am seeing some change in my report. i think im still lower than I should be though. wait for report to be fixed. hopefully soon.
