Massive drop in views on kid channels

OK FINAL WARNING before this thread gets locked and people get banned.

NO POSTS about how to cheat the system, break YouTube's TOS, game the algorithm etc.

(It blows my mind I even have to make that clear since it's by doing all these shady things that the kids niche is being throttled in the first place. YouTube has made it crystal clear they are cleaning up the kids niche. If you think you're smarter than hundreds of Google engineers, then go ahead and do it but don't discuss it here and most definitely don't even think about coming back here crying about terminated channels or loss of views. )

Well said. This thread sums up why we are in this situation to begin with. People are simply willing to do anything in the name of money. I certainly feel bad for people that rely on this as their sole income, but I have been doing this longer than probably 99% of the kid creators on here and I never even dared quitting my job, even when it paid more than my full time job.

I was not trying to imply that verified makes a difference with views, in fact Google clearly states that it does not. I was simply stating that it was something that I never thought about and I was suggesting it can be obtained through chat.

What is the gloomy thing that is being suggested to do? On the other hand, I have only collected what I have seen and started from the last month, I do not suggest doing anything of deception at all, I do not even know what kind of deception could be done, I just saw that the content that is most suggesting it is the one of texts in Arabic, Korean and Indonesian

and I apologize once again if any text was sent in another language I just didn't realize I didn't do it
 
Guys I'm having the same problem. Everytime I check my views it's the same. Is it that no one is watching my videos?

You were smart, I began in 2007, and got full monetization as soon as I got vetted by the youtube team, as back then it was one - at a time allowed ot have ads. I left my job and made videos full time in 2012, and was loving it until 2014 when the opened the flood gates to anyone, and it has been in a free fall ever since. i now have 2850 videos and make 5 dollars a day . it Kills me. best wishes to everyone here.
