Gaming Looking for Xbox One/PC YouTubers

Me and a buddy of mine have been wanting to do YouTube for awhile (who doesn't?) and have always come up with the same problem; we need more people! We're looking for people who want to grow as a group and like to have fun once in a while. Sort of like a Vanoss group in the sense that hopefully we grow together and become good friends. We usually play on Xbox One but we do have PC and are willing to play pretty much everything as long as everyone agrees to get it. As for the types of videos we want to do, we pretty much are down for anything. Serious and funny, try hard or troll, doesn't matter as long as it fits the mood we are in. If you've gotten this far look below for the list of criteria we are looking for and if you think you fit it, reply and we'll see what's up!

Criteria:
Have to have Xbox One and PC
Be willing to work hard for YouTube (have the motivation to keep going and not quit. We want to achieve something here)
Be older then 17 (We are 20 and 21)
Be somewhere between PST and EST (Pacific and Eastern time zones)
Have a good head about you. Don't try to be funny, it will come naturally through all of us playing together.
Good equipment. Decent mic and capture software. Nothing too fancy, but we don't want you recording your TV with a camera.

Above all else just be a good person. We're trying to have fun here, make something for ourselves and want to make a good group of friends. Thanks!

Very nice idea , but yea that's always the problem to find people who are willing to work together and grow.
