Straight pour with PEARL WHITE ~ Acrylic pour painting

I'm so happy that I decided to add my pearl white mixture to the cup for this acrylic straight pour. It created gorgeous dreamy look around bold and magic details in the centre.

Technique: Acrylic straight pour

Colours:
- Amsterdam titanium white for flow extender
- Amsterdam naples yellow red light
- Amsterdam azo yellow deep
- Vallejo quinacridone burned orange
- Amsterdam carmine
- Amsterdam turquoise green
- Pearl white
My pearl white mixture:
1 part Vallejo pearl medium
1 part titanium white
2 parts pouring medium

Pouring medium recipe:
25% paint, 25% Liquitex gloss medium, 50% my pouring medium (70% Boesner binder, 30% Dufa acrylic emulsion)

RIBBON acrylic pour painting with SPLIT CUP

In this video I tried to do my split cup pour a little different. I normally pour paints from the cup in circles, but today I poured multiple ribbons. I really like it, because it turned out like abstract landscape painting.

TECHNIQUE: Split cup pour, Straight pour, Ring pour, Ribbon pour
COLOURS:
- Amsterdam prussian bllue phthalo
- Pebeo iridescent blue green
- Amsterdam permanent blue violet
- DecoArt 24K gold
- Amsterdam titanium white
- Pearl white

My pearl white mixture:
1 part Vallejo pearl medium
1 part titanium white
2 parts pouring medium

MATERIAL:
- 12x12 inch canvas
- Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
- Cake spinner
- Palete knife
- Split cup

Rainbow in open cup with Balloon kisses ~ Acrylic pour painting

This is one of this pours, that you just don't know when to stop... I should leave just after the first tilt, but now it is what t is...haha... Lesson learned.

Double dip with Primary elements ~ Acrylic pour painting
I had some paints left from the pour, that I did with Marine and decided to experiment a little bit again.
Dip technique is really simple way to do nice painting without skills for drawing. Just drizzle some paint, dip them and you get a beautiful acrylic pour diptych painting. I experimenting with adding Liquitex gloss medium in my paint mixture, and Primary elements did bead as much. I did a little straight pour too, and it dried beautiful.

TECHNIQUE: Double dip, Dip technique acrylic pour

PROCESS:
- Pour your base on canvas
- Make stripes with your colours
- Pres the second canvas/wood/tile on top
- Split them apart
COLOURS:
- Boesner titanium white
- Amsterdam prussian blue phthalo mixed with Primary elements payne's grey
- Amsterdam olive green light mixed with Primary elements olive vine
- Amsterdam naples yellow green
- Amsterdam oxide black
- Pearl white

MATERIAL:
- 6x8 inch MDF board
- Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
- Wooden skewer
- Palete knife
- Torch

My pearl white mixture:
1 part Vallejo pearl medium
1 part titanium white
2 parts pouring medium

SPLIT OPEN CUP acrylic pour ~ My Galaxy ~ Fluid art with Fluorescent paints

I decided to give this open split cup another try with fluorescent paints, that I had from my yesterday's live. I used silicone, because I wanted to get some cells, but this time I torched with control... I decided where I want cells, and I torched only on that places of my acrylic pour painting.
I ended up with beautiful kind of Galaxy painting with a lot of movement and interesting details.

Colours:
- Amsterdam oxide black
- Amsterdam titanium white
- Lukas flurescent yellow
- Amsterdam reflex orange
- Vallejo flurescent magenta
- Vallejo flurescent violet
- Vallejo flurescent blue
- Amsterdam reflex green

Floating cells ~ Open split cup pour ~ Birthday acrylic pour painting

Today it's my birthday and I treat myself with my favorite colour combo... Violet, blue, turquoise and gold. I used that open split cup again, but this time without silicone oil and I still got some beautiful natural floating cells.
What is your favorite colour combo?

Quinacridone trio ~ Cup bottom reverse flower dip ~ Acrylic pour painting
This Quinacridone trio cup bottom reverse flower dip turned out so vibrant... Maybe even to vibrant for my taste. ;)

TECHNIQUE: Reverse flower dip with paper napkin, Cup bottom pour

PROCESS:
- Pour your base on canvas
- Put your 3D PRINTED FLOWER SHAPED CUP on the canvas with bottom up
- Pour paints on the bottom and use PEARL WHITE or some metallic paints between each colour to create petal - lacing effect
- Take off the cup
- Use SKEWER to draw some petal shapes
- Gently put PAPER NAPKIN or towel on canvas ( You can use dry or damped napkin)
- Lift one corner at the time and then gently lift it (the middle last)
- Torch it for air bubbles and to activate pearl white and metallic paints
- And here is your flower :)
MATERIAL:
- 10x10 inch canvas
- Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
- 3D PRINTED Flower shaped cup
- Paper napkin or towel
- Wooden skewer
- Palete knife
- Torch

COLOURS:
- Pouring medium with PearlEx gold pigment
- Vallejo quinacridone violet
- Vallejo quinacridone magenta
- Amsterdam quinacridone rose light
- Lukas gold
- Pearl white

Mixing paints with FLOETROL ~ Reverse flower dip ~ Step by Step ~ Painting tutorial

If you are beginner in acrylic pouring, here is all you need to know to do a CUP BOTTOM reverse flower dip is in this step by step tutorial video.
I have to say, that probably I shouldn't have spin it, because lacing with floetrol mixture is different than with my pouring medium, but I just wanted to see, what will happen. If you are interested, I can do another one with floetrol mixture and Liquitex gloss medium mixture, to see the difference.

Pouring medium: Floetrol
Ratio: 1 part paint, 2 parts Floetrol, 1 part water

TECHNIQUE: Reverse flower dip with paper napkin, Cup bottom pour

PROCESS:
- Pour your base on canvas
- Put your FLOWER SHAPED DESSERT CUP on the canvas with bottom up
- Pour paints on the bottom and use PEARL WHITE or some metallic paints between each colour to create petal - lacing effect

Acrylic pouring with a Juicer ~ Sink strainer split cup pour ~ Fluid art ~ Fluorescent paints
I found this Juicer in my gadgets box and I want to see if I can get some nice results. It didn't worked as I hopped, so I did sink strainer split cup pour.

LOWER with CLOUD MIX ~ Reverse flower dip with thin paint ~ Cup bottom acrylic pour painting

Today I was experimenting with cloud mix white for a base and thin down paints for the reverse flower dip. I have to say, that I really like the effects, but I poured too much paint for this small canvas. I learned something and I can't wait to try this again.
