ACRYLIC POUR over flower shaped CUP ~ Fluid art technique ~ Paint #WithMe ~ Must see!

I did another ACRYLIC POUR over flower shaped CUP and I wanted to get some kind of sunset theme. It turned out a little different, as I expected, but still gorgeous.


MATERIAL I USED:
- 8x18 inch canvas
- Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
- Flower shaped desert cup
- Wooden skewer
- Palete knife
- Torch

COLOURS I USED:
- Amsterdam permanent blue violet
- Windsor & Newton windsor blue
- Amsterdam briliant blue
- Arties colours prussian blue hue
- Vallejo magenta
- Windsor & Newton Opera rose
- Amsterdam vermilion
- Arties colours cadmium yellow lemon hue
- Pearl white

My pearl white mixture:
1 part Vallejo pearl medium
1 part titanium white
2 parts pouring medium

Flower of life ~ CUP BOTTOM acrylic pour painting ~ Fluid art technique

This cup bottom acrylic pour painting reminds me of Flower of life which symbolizes creation and reminds us of the unity of everything... we're all built from the same blueprint.
Of course the original symbol is different, but when I watch it just couldn't resist to name it like this.

TECHNIQUE: Reverse flower dip with paper napkin, Cup bottom pour
PROCESS:
- Pour your base on canvas
- Put your FLOWER SHAPED DESERT CUP on the canvas with bottom up
- Pour paints on the bottom and use PEARL WHITE or some metallic paints between each colour to create petal - lacing effect
- Take off the cup
- Use SKEWER to draw some petal shapes
- Gently put PAPER NAPKIN or towel on canvas ( You can use dry or damped napkin)
- Lift one corner at the time and then gently lift it (the middle last)
- Torch it for air bubbles and to activate pearl white and metallic paints
- And here is your flower :)

PHOENIX and FLOWER ~ Straight pour over the cup bottom ~ Fluid art

In this straight pour over the cup bottom beautiful Phoenix with a flower rose from the ashes... I love its symbolism, because as a powerful spiritual totem, the phoenix is the ultimate symbol of strength and renewal. Just wander, what this means for me :D

WAW! Look at this gorgeous flower with METALLIC FABRIC paint ~ CUP BOTTOM reverse dip

Look at this gorgeous CUP BOTTOM acrylic pour FLOWER painting!!!
I used DecoArt So soft red metallic fabric paint and I just love it... This red really looks red and it's so vibrant. I can't wait to see this one dried. ;)

TWO CUPS AT ONCE!!! ~Acrylic straight pour ~ AMAZING result

What an AMAZING result with two cups straight pour at once!
I love to play with this technique, where I do a straight pour over a flower shaped cup bottom, because I get some really nice lines. I have troubles here, because I had to much paint, but I think that painting is just gorgeous... And a small frog live there too :D

Sunset ~ 2 cups Straight pour over Cup bottom ~ Fluid art technique

This time I want to get a sunset theme on my painting, so I used two cups for straight pour. I layered yellows, oranges, reds and violets in first one and some blues, greens and violets in second one.

Black & White PAINT KISS & ~ SPIN ART ~ Cup bottom pour

I love this Black & White PAINT KISS soooo much. At first I want to do kind of foggy looking straight pour over cup bottom, but I didn't like it, so I just tried to do a kiss pour just with black and white and it turned out awesome.

Working on New project ~ Butterfly ~ Cup bottom reverse dip

I'm working on New project... I want to do a Butterfly with Cup bottom reverse dip technique.
This was my first try and I want to know, if you could help me with comments, what do you think how should I get better shape of a butterfly with this technique.
