Is it that hard to gain subscribers?

Yep its pretty hard, you have to work super hard on everything to make your videos good so when people see it they will like it and maybe subscribe. But don't get discouraged I for a long time was stuck at 74 subs for literally 6-7 months and then I started taking it more seriously because its what I love to do and I shot up past that number and keep growing :) you can do it too!

I have found it difficult, although recently I've realised that I'm maybe being a bit harsh on myself. If I'd gone out on the street and said to passing strangers "do you want to hear a story about my life?" I'm not sure I could've convinced 65 people to listen. It's not a huge number but it's people who are willing to listen to me and I really appreciate that.

It made me realize that not everyone out there understands youtube or why we do it. But we just do and its amazing. Even with 65 people that is definitely amazing! if you can reach out to even one person or two or three it means you are doing something to change someones life around! :)

Well this is actually very good and you have to keep it that way.I still don't have fans and yeah it's hard a lot.

Minecraft was a example, CSGO, Gmod and all that work.
 
What i have see from my channel.Yes it is very hard to get views and subscribers.But give time and the result will come. From my channel i see that is better to make good content that attract subscribers and comments shares, than to spend time to promote my channel. Ofcourse share your videos on the most places and social media you can but most of it focus on good Videos. If you be consistent everything will come.

I learnt that too.The good content you provide for the viewers is the beat thing you can do.
