I'm using all kind of Adobe products and making tutorials about them thats what my channel is about haha. But indeed it's a very expansive software. I'm happy I can use it (student versions). But you should ask yourself the question where you'll be using the software for. If its just copy+paste video clips windows movie maker is ok enough. But if you would like to create nice effects and intro things or motion graphic stuff you better should use Sony vegas or After effects.

Use sony vegas or premiere pro
