I need a shove..

I know I'm not really looking for a cure. I do see 2 Dr's on the regular but I definitly still have more funk days then not.. just kinda looking for a push in the right direction.. maybe some ideas on how others overcome their funky days =D

Well I guess whenever I get into a funk, I just sort of force myself up and out of bed, once I'm dressed I usually don't feel like crawling back into bed so I just hang out at my desk. I guess I've just gotten really good at forcing myself to do the simple tasks that sometimes I don't feel like doing. Video wise I usually get really excited about an idea, sometimes I plan it for so long that I have to remind myself to make it, but that's just sort of me. I just motivate myself with a mix of fear of the future and my hopes and aspirations. Of course sometimes you just have to let yourself have an off day.
Obviously just forcing yourself to do things doesn't work for everyone, but that's all the advice I have about that.
