I can't find a good and simple video editing software!

So for the past week i have been trying really hard to find a good and easy video editing software, And i can't find nothing. I've already used Sony Vegas pro loved that software but, The trial has expired and i still have 2 projects to do. I have tried everything! i downloaded final cut pro x, I movie, Filmora, Sony movie studio, Vegas pro 13, 12, 11, 10, 9 and so on but most of them are too difficult for me to understand, or they do not support the format, or it just won't work i have tried everything!!!!!! I just want Sony Vegas pro back again it was the only editing software that i freaking loved. Im being serious when i had Sony Vegas pro software i would spend hours and hours on it because, It was such a good editing software! I don't know i just don't know i really want to start editing my projects but i can't.

any suggestions people!
