How to add your YouTube channel to every message/post

The little red box at the bottom is on every account, when I click mine it says the channel doesn't exist. I typed everything in right, the only thing is it has the space to it "coffa videos" I don't know if that would affect it or not?

did you follow the instructions of the video that is in the 1st post?
 
Aren't these forums super super helpful? 2 days in, and I am addicted to yttalk, becasue of the tips, tricks, and help here.
 
Hi! I was just wondering how do you add a subscribers goal to the bottom of your message, next to the "my channel" button?
