Hit 10 Subscribers, But I'm Not Satisfied

10 subs from your first 2 weeks actually quite good so you should be proud:) My best advice to grow is to try to get some collabs going. Contact bigger channels in the same niche to see if they could be interested in working with you:) And if you havent done much SEO this will help you grow too for sure:up2:
 
I would suggest not looking at your analytics constantly if you are having a problem with speed. Just keep making quality videos, and the subscribers will come!
 
JUst have those friends watch each video in full, like and comment. It will push the video up and other people will discover it and get more subs maybw
