Does The Sub Count Increase Instantly After A Sub?

No! It takes quite some time for it to update the number of subscribers sometimes even taking a day or so.
Although there are tons of websites where you can look up Live Subscriber Counters to keep track of your actual live sub count!
Try googling it and you'll surely find one :)
