Channel Review and Advice?

Hello everyone! My name is Jonesie, and I've recently started a YouTube channel! Right now, I have 2 videos, and 6 subscribers, but I want to have both numbers grow! I understand that I have to make more videos to have a chance at more subs, which I am currently doing (probably 3 videos a week), but I would like to know any tips or tricks you all have done to gain subscribers. Keep in mind that I'm not doing any sub4sub, but I am open to collaborating with people! Thanks for helping me out!
