From previous discussions it seemed BBTV can offer really interesting sign-up bonus (source @Shane , which I can see has already contributed to the discussion )

We've been with Fullscreen and are currently with Defy. You should be able to leverage a full adsense pass through, a signing bonus and a brand deal guarantee no matter who you sign with. The bottom line is that you need to force them to add some value to your channel of it simply isn't worthwhile to commit-and the contract shouldn't cost you any money.

It really depends what you want or need out of a network. It seems illogical to me to just join a network for the sake of being with one. There's a lot of MCNs that would probably offer you a good signing bonus to sign with them (BBTV, Maker etc)
