Final Cut Pro x mostly but...I have done a couple successful videos with iMovie on my iPhone. Seriously. The titling sucks and importing YouTube music is a pain but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I use Hitfilm3 Its a great software but kinda expensive! Luckly they had it for free for a limited amount of time! So it was a great steal! I used to use windows movie maker but gosh thats bad to make youtube videos with
Hitfilm3 is still free... (it's called htifilm3 express) - there are few options that you have to pay for to bring its full abilities to what adobe after effects can do, but it's still free and it's the only good video editing software you don't have to pay for

I am currently using the free 30 day trial of Camtasia and i absolutely love it as it's very simple but also has the ability to do really good things, shame about the price though :/

That is what I use as well, and I love it! I don't know if I could use anything else now that I have fallen in love with it. I used to use Sony Vegas, and it worked alright I think.
