Video Stealing By Other YouTubers

File a DMCA takedown. I've had to do this a bunch of times. Sometimes I'll ask them nicely, but often they use my video to promote their spam website or something so then I just skip the pleasantries.
 
Question... isn't the simple fact that your video was posted FIRST enough proof that it's yours? Can't have the rip off if noone posted the original video first, after all.
 
You could try get partnered that way you can claim your videos so if anyone uploads a copy you can either get it removed or put ads on it and you earn money for it, meanwhile add your own watermark to the video, as in I mean put in a transparent logo or something over the video so it shows it's your video.
