Great information! I'll certainly use this as a guide! Thank you so much! We are growing slowly (only in our first thousand) but we really feel that with the right application that we can grow the channel. We just need more viral content I think.
 
Thank you for writing this out it was helpful. If only sharing the videos around wasn't so hard. Most forums have rules and don't let you post videos or links. Anybody know any good tricks for sharing?
Ugh or the other option is sell out and hope you make a crappy gateway that gets a to of views

Lol, We feel the same way! Gateways are fine for us if we think we could make something close to our topic matter but regardless its tough

Yea I think the key is to just stick with it and it will slowly grow if your content is good and original. We have a similar amount of subscribers how long have you guys been at it for?

The channels has been around since 2011! But we just officially started 7 months ago. The Channel owner had used a few other host before us and hardly got any views or subs until he shot Chloe for a scarf video which now has around 60k views and the rest of us a few months later. So we are still kinda getting integrated! We average around 260 to 300 subs a month at the moment and about 20k views a month. SO still working avidly at growth

Good stuff! I hope our channel starts picking up subs at that rate that would be great. My channels been around for a while as well but we didn't start actively putting out videos until last year. Anyways good luck with your stuff ladies, I don't know s**t about fashion but ill give a few of your videos a watch and some likes.
