The Cons of Joining Fullscreen

I've talked to a Fullscreen recruiter and there CPM's are lower than RPM and BBTV. I have a hunch that they have an extra middle man that they don't have to legally disclose with people, but again, this is just a hunch.

We don't have set CPMs so this is a misleading statement. We have one of the largest sales teams in the industry and they direct sell ads across the globe to get higher paying, more relevant ads for our partners. Depending on the season, our CPMs fluctuate but we almost ALWAYS have higher paying ads than the industry standard.

Well, from my research (talking to recruiters from 5 different networks), fullscreen has low CPM’s compared to the others. I’m aware you’re CPM’s aren’t fixed, but from what I’ve seen they’re lower then other networks.

...if there's even any.
I've been reading so many positive things about fullscreen but haven't really heard of anything negative about them. Is it because they're just that amazing?
I am debating on whether to sign the contract with them or not so the point of this thread is really to get a good idea of what the company is about- not just the good side to them.. after-all it is a two year contract. So I guess my real question here is- have you had any issues with Fullscreen? Has it been resolved, and what would you do differently (if that even applies to your situation). If you have anything else to add, I would appreciate it :]

I haven't really seen any cons yet since joining creator X... I haven't really gained more views or anything from joining, but I guess that's not really their fault I think... I just thought my earnings would go up due to better ads & possible promotion, etc, but I haven't seen that happen either.

Would you really expect a recruiter from a competitor to tell you, "yeah, they pay you more".

So have you seen earnings go down? My thing is, as long as earnings don't DECREASE, you're winning.

I didn't tell the recruiters what the other networks CPM's were, I just talked to them and got a good idea about how much my CPM would be. And these are reputable networks so I doubt the recruiters would straight out lie to me.

I've also talked with youtubers with Fullscreen and there CPM's are low.

People tell me it's a beginning of the year thing. The other day I saw mine spike suddenly and then went back to what it's been the past month. My views have been around the same, so I don't know what's happening.

I'm with RPM, and they pay pretty good- RPM and Socialblade are great networks to build up your channel with- I'm building mine up to go to Maker Studios, where people will work with my channel on a more personal level :)

I'm with RPM, and they pay pretty good- RPM and Socialblade are great networks to build up your channel with- I'm building mine up to go to Maker Studios, where people will work with my channel on a more personal level :)
I had a terribleee experience with TGN- fullscreen was pretty good- and RPM's pretty good- also, the Collective and Big Frame are hard to get into but you will definitely get people working for you if you get partnered by them cuz only like 300-600 or so channels are in both of those networks :)

RPM p****d me off. They kept sending me a vague email saying that I was denied for one of three reasons. When I would contact an actual person from RPM, they wouldn't see anything wrong with my channel. When they sent it to "level 2 support", it was the same automated message every time denying me. As far as I'm concerned RPM can kiss my a** right after a nasty fart, lol
