Ok YouTube, here's my proof!!

ok... i didn't mention I used Adobe Premiere to make the Actual video :X LOL

I'm hoping thats the problem.

If anything though, I'm learning that for my next music video, I'll be 3 times prepared for the first monetization request.
This has to be why they won't let me monetize some of my music videos. I am very not serious in my monetization requests. I started out serious, but I was saying the same thing every time "I wrote the music, played all the instruments, own the copyright legally, sang all the parts, and produced it in my own studio" I did that for a few songs, then I started going "I wrote recorded played produced owned, yadda yadda, are you getting the picture?" Then I started going "refer to what I've said in all my other monetization requests, for ALL my videos will be the same" and stuff like that. I'm beginning to realize that the soulless jerkoffs at youtube probably didn't appreciate my jokes, and that is why I now can't monetize like 4 of my videos. How do I request again properly?

OK I don't know what to do any more... Perhaps someone here is better at this and can spot what I'm doing wrong. I keep writing them and I'm getting cookie cutter responses, sort of. I getting the feeling that the last response holds the key to solve this problem. I think there are hints from Emily

Hi,

Thanks for submitting your video for monetization. We need you to provide
documentation proving you own the necessary commercial use rights to all
software images, video, photographs or other images.

Simply stating that you own the rights to the content may not be
sufficient. You must be as specific as possible whenever asked to make a
claim on a video.

- If you created original music or visuals from software, please provide
the name of the software and a link to its license terms.
- If you used stock music or visuals from software, please provide the
name of the software and a link to its license terms.
- If your video includes any third party music, sound effects or visuals,
please provide us with the source and license terms.

Hi
I'm not quite sure what else to add, I did more than simply state that I own the rights I gave you proof by linking to all sources to the images I used in this video.

What documentation do you want or need??

I gave the Licensing for the Software, I gave the links to the animated backgrounds. I created everything else from scratch. What else must I do?

...added...
-------------

Oh i did forget to mention that I used Adobe Premiere, here's the license agreement.
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/license.html

...added more...
-------------------

Sorry i am truly trying to figure out what i could have missed.

The Text added at the beginning was created using Adobe Premiere.

Is there anything else?

...after a week with no response I replied again...

Hello,

I am just wondering if this is still being reviewed, and If I added what was missed? Should I wait longer?

Thank you for your time.

Finally she replied with this. (This is where I feel she is trying to help, but can't tell me specifically what I'm not doing right or missing. That or she's not even looking at what i emailed her and just assuming its wrong.)

I REPEAT, DO NOT MONEITIZE YOUR VIDEOS THROUGH ADSENSE! WAIT FOR YOUR PARTNERSHIP! ADSENSE CAN SHUT YOU DOWN IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE AND SCREW YOUR WHOLE CHANNEL OVER SO YOU CANT GET A PARTNERSHIP ANYMORE. THEY DID THIS TO ME ON MY OLD CHANNEL!

Elaborate on this please.
I mean, Im not using copyrighted material, and i may never be made a partner so... What should I do?

And im dealing with people from youtube now so what would change if i was partner? Don't they make money the same way, just youtube promotes then?

they ban you from adsense for invalid clicks. I was reading their terms and conditions, they don't have to have a reason to block you. And they block most people that use adsense, it called the "evil side of google". I moneitized videos with me just talking to the camera with no pictures or movies playing/music is background and they banned me.
PS: I did not click on my own ads.

Thats the kind of stuff I am talking about, no way of being unbanned either, well there is appeals but based on user feedback only one out of perhaps hundreds of thousands has been unbanned after a banning for invalid clicks etc, I do recommend Nicks advice myself, I would rather not make a penny until I was a big partner than lose an Adsense account, for life too. It makes me wonder why cant they just detect the IP clicks are coming from, if theres loads of clicks all of a sudden simply dont pay us for them and if the IP is hidden or whatever just dont pay us, just invalidate them and give the advertiser their money back for such clicks, we would be happy with that, come on its 2012.

Alright. Ill forget the whole thing and simply wait, or only monetize ideos that have no content... Like just me and a wall.

even that wont work, i was doing that and i got banned, they will ban you for no reason. I made $40 on my old channel, Adsense takes 30% and if you put ads on YouTube they take another 30% I made them $80, then by dumping me they took my other $40. I made them $120 and didn't give me a single penny... Make sure you go to settings on youtube and uncheck the "ENABLE ADS ON VIDEOS", that SHOULD save you. and i can confirm that the appeal system doesn't work. I submitted the appeal form and recieved a response INSTANTLY saying that they denied it. No one ever looked at it.

Ok well that's going a bit far... I'd fight this. I have not infringed on any copyrighted material.

Do you use material that is not your own? like video games, music, images etc? I have not. I doubt that I have to worry that much about it.

Oh and if you look at the emails... Emily was obviously trying to tell me something. I think i'm missing something is all. I have not given up on this 100%. whatever they need I will get it. Like I said, Legally I have every right to use what i did, and most of it was my own creation.

I've been reading on this and others have had to fight, and big youtubers too, so it's not something I will turn away from, rather I will learn and I will get what Is coming to me.

the only thing I'm going to do now is forget monetizing that specific video. From here on then, I will be getting written permission and all documentation needed for any video I make that I think i should be monetizing.
