How to actually get alot of views on your videos

Hello there Uberdanger. What tips do you have to one that get views and likes on videos but I can't seem to get people to subscribe to me at the same pace the viewers come? I put out 2-3 vids a day and they are high quality so there is nothing wrong with the consistency. Should I just hang in there and they will come?

I'd like to give you this tip not as a youtuber wannabe but as someone who watches a lot of videos on youtube: maybe 2-3 videos per day is to much... I mean your content is good (i've checked it) but you don't give time to the videos to grow... And you are asking to your subscribers to spend half an hour to an hour on your videos per day... My advice would be to load a little less videos until you have enough subscribers...

Thanks for the response. I've actually already cut down my videos to somewhere between 10 and 15 mins and I've received a lot more likes and comments than before.

Patiens is a virtue when it comes to youtube.
 
This sounds like good advice. I reply to every comment and try to make my videos good and short. Things aren't picking up for me but I think they will one day. Things like this also take time.
 
I reply to every comment that I get, assuming there are no trolls. I think I'm making good enough content, although you guys can be the judge of that. It's the semi-viral stuff I have trouble with. I try really hard to get my videos out there, but am still only averaging about 30 views a day.

I tried that a few times, however i commented "Please Comment! It's Free!" and of course i got the smart alek responses with like "no, commenting can't be free" and "i had no idea" so unless you word it right, it won't work. maybe a simple "Please comment!" would do the trick!
