How replying to comments = SUCCESS

Sometimes I feel like people don't want a response if it is just a "thanks" message. I will definitely try responding to every comment, especially whilst my channel is new, but I would love some suggestions of things that can mix it up, rather then just the same old "appreciate it" comments?

Perhaps ask for suggestions on games to play, challenge tags to complete, link them to your Twitter without sounding too pushy (i.e. "Thanks for stopping by! Have you seen my tweets?" and not "k thxs tweet me @(yourhandle)".

In terms of literally different ways for saying thanks, why don't you aim to say thanks to people in different languages, to spice it up a bit?

I guess it can be a fine line sometimes between being pushy and being "suggestive" haha! Thanks for the suggestion though

This is an awesome tip and really awesome! Really good help too! I will definitely try and make friends with the subscribers that I get! :)

I usually will make jokes with them and be funny! (I also do comedy on my channel) Rather than a thank you!! I make puns and just be friendly with them and treat them like a real homie rather than just a "Sub"

I found this to be true with a couple of my subscribers i have though i have few, i know that they usually all watch my videos! And you are completely right that it is like making friends, you have to connect to them and make them feel appreciated!! or at least this is what i think!

I've been doing this more lately
Also trying to reply more on twitter , even if it's just favoriting something they said
