How replying to comments = SUCCESS

Thanks for the insight and I greatly appreciate it, I know this post is super old but it still helps others!
I can't thank you enough for how nicely this information was laid out and bestowed upon my mind!
 
I reply to comments because I always thought that it was so awesome for youtubers to reply to MY own comments on their videos. Plus, it's pretty respectful to do so. Someone took the time and effort to add a comment (say something) about your content.
