Don't Monetize Your Videos.....

If you upload someone else video and monetize that it will surely be bad.. But game video that u have recorded yourself should be fine :)
 
You mean you made commercial use of content that you did not owned and then warn other people that they might get in trouble?

Jee, do you think I'll be in trouble for robbing a bank? I'm wondering.

It's not really correct information. YouTube does not issue Copyright strikes. The Copyright holder submits a DMCA and bam then you get a copyright strike and 1,000 impressions is different for everyone based on CPC remember.
 
My last channel was click bombed and they shut me down. But now, I've had my new channel for a month and I haven't even bothered to monetize it. I am not using copyrighted music or anything, but I'm going to leave it as is until I am offered a partnership

Damn! Sorry that happened to you know quite a few people it has happened to worst nightmare to deal with. My advice to anyone if you see unusual earnings and clicks disable all ads on every video for at least 48 hours
 
yes thats excatly what happen to me in i had 10,000 views in 2 days so that why i stop monetizing my videos
 
Monetization didn't even seem like an option for me. As a very new youtuber, I figured having ads would drive people away for sure. I don't like seeing them when I'm on youtube so I just imagine other people wouldn't appreciate it either.
 
technically, you aren't supposed to upload copyrighted content to YouTube period, whether or not it's monetized.[DOUBLEPOST=1347184476,1347184356][/DOUBLEPOST]

if I didn't have a solid audience yet, I would probably not use ads. But I have a modest yet solid audience now and they support me enough to not mind the ads. at this point if a person doesn't watch my videos because they don't like the ads, they can eat my a**.
