I see people say this frequently, and it makes no sense to me. The only example I can think of where this makes sense is Ijustine's gaming channel, because she is being so inconsiderate of how her size causes her videos to push down the videos of those who actually care about the genre. But people give big youtubers crap for having a bunch of channels just in general and then say "they do it for the money". Splitting your time across different channels DIVIDES your money, it doesn't make you MORE of it. There is only one me, I can my 5 different channels, but there's not going to be 4 more of me to run the other ones. I still can only put out as much content as one me can put out. And when you say "you can tell they're doing it for the money" meaning they don't care about the content of that channel? How can you tell they don't care about the content of that channel. Like legitimately, every time I hear this statement I'm just like "What is that even supposed to mean..."
