YouTube is Removing Videos - Are You Affected?

Not a glitch, I have no strikes either. Chat keeps insisting that we're in violation of policies and that they can't enable monetization. They keep sending us copyright strike information, but it's colour and animals songs on my channel.[DOUBLEPOST=1511473839,1511473664][/DOUBLEPOST]YouTube told us to keep appealing to teach the AI system. If I had known it would get my channel shut down, I wouldn't have appealed.
 
That they aren't able to re-enable monetization and that there is no arguments on this.

Even though I have no copyright strikes and no violations.[DOUBLEPOST=1511474151,1511473969][/DOUBLEPOST]I also worked in a call-center doing "customer service" (aka insisting that the customer was wrong because mobile companies = sketchy). This guy just keeps telling me that I have community guideline strikes when I don't. We've never had a community guideline strike.
 
I haven't, but working in IT, I know servicedesk staff is usally not up to date with certain changes so I hope it's just an inexperienced servicedesk engineer who didn't receive a notification that they experience a bug in the monetization status.
Ive contacted youtube support before for another issue. And from the runaround and communication issues we were having it seemed like i was dealing with a bpo agent. Maybe it wasnt a bpo agent, but I would take with grain of salt the canned responses we get from support / chat. They werent very helpful. Ive learned not to trust half of the agents we deal with.

Most of them probably just have limited info to deal with our inquiries. Maybe you can get better info from your manager contacts although its a holiday. Happy thanksgiving by the way...

Thanks, fully agree with you. My manager is worthless, doesn't respond to anything and never does as he promises. If I have a meeting he always promises to invite me to sessions, send me information pack to my email, etc and never does it. Never. I contacted him last week friday, still no response... Useless really.

So, what now?
 
On a managed channel all the videos now have gray dollar signs which wont change. It's impossible to disable a managed channel for monetization so this is very strang.e It does let me enable usage policies, but wont actually enable them.

They could`ve banned the adsense account tied to your network (which would mean every single channel in the network got demonetized), guess you are already trying to get in touch with your partner manager?

Btw just checked and I got the same thing on a secondary channel of my portfolio, it had comedy skits involving people dressing with superhero costumes (NO gross/disturbing content nor children involved)
