I haven't, but working in IT, I know servicedesk staff is usally not up to date with certain changes so I hope it's just an inexperienced servicedesk engineer who didn't receive a notification that they experience a bug in the monetization status.Has anyone else contacted chat?
Ive contacted youtube support before for another issue. And from the runaround and communication issues we were having it seemed like i was dealing with a bpo agent. Maybe it wasnt a bpo agent, but I would take with grain of salt the canned responses we get from support / chat. They werent very helpful. Thanks, fully agree with you. My manager is worthless, doesn't respond to anything and never does as he promises. If I have a meeting he always promises to invite me to sessions, send me information pack to my email, etc and never does it. Never. I contacted him last week friday, still no response... Most of them probably just have limited info to deal with our inquiries. Maybe you can get better info from your manager contacts although its a holiday. Happy thanksgiving by the way...

Now I wait, see what happens next hours. If still disabled in a few days, I create a new channel and use my other two channels to promote the living daylight out of the new one. Adwords seems fine and not no strike so should be fine to create a new channel.Our experience as well.
So, what now?
On a managed channel all the videos now have gray dollar signs which wont change. It's impossible to disable a managed channel for monetization so this is very strang.e It does let me enable usage policies, but wont actually enable them.
