why is youtube so racist?

Most of the time it's 10-14 year old kids who think they're hilaaaaaaaaarious. YouTube is well known for having some of the worst comment sections on the internet, you just gotta ignore it and keep on.
 
I've never had it myself, but if I did, I would audit the comments and set some rules to detect racial slurs. And most importantly I would be incredibly thick skinned and know I am 10x better and have a lot more going on in life than the people posting hateful comments ;)
