Which famous youtubers help with shoutouts and stuff ?

Is there any famous youtuber who gives shoutouts and is open to colaborations to new youtubers, such as starring in their videos, or asking a comment question segment (like RWJ used to have) or other stuff like that, in order to boost the latter's popularity ?

I'm following EpicLloyd and NicePeter on facebook. :giggle2: Maybe I should ask them for a shoutout for my first video...

I know PewDiePie's done a few shoutout's before, but I genuinely can't think of any others, no wonder though, when you have millions of subs probably gonna enter, its gonna be difficult :/

They've got time to sort hundreds of questions for their Q&A vlogs and read fan mail and stuff, but when it comes to recording a 10 second shout out, suddenly they're out of time...? Yeah, right... Reminds me of Jimmy Kimmel's "we're out of time" gag with Matt Damon.
