What's your average upload time?

My upload time is pretty quick, I always export H.264 with the youtube preset within adobe premiere pro. My render times however can sometimes be like an hour for just a 4 minute video, I have a watermark over a bunch of my videos which I'm pretty sure slows down the process for me... I sometimes wonder if I should even bother with the watermark at all...

Thats strange, I render in 1080 60 fps with videos around 6 to 7 minutes and it takes around 20 mins to render.

Yeah, well actually I also check off the render at maximum bit depth and use maximum render quality boxes which slows it down too.
