I usually upload videos that's about 3-7 minutes long. And it takes about 3 minutes to upload

I have slow internet, so it usually takes at least 2 hours for me(not counting editor export time). My videos are around 5 minutes long.

Because I'm a small YouTuber, my video's are around 3-6 min.
And it takes around 10 min. to upload it

I make videos ranging from 5 to 6 minutes and they take an hour. I only have 2 mbps upload.

My upload time is pretty quick, I always export H.264 with the youtube preset within adobe premiere pro. My render times however can sometimes be like an hour for just a 4 minute video, I have a watermark over a bunch of my videos which I'm pretty sure slows down the process for me... I sometimes wonder if I should even bother with the watermark at all...
