Whats the story behind your channel name?

Well i was new to world of online gaming and my friend was online so being a new online gamer,i had to choose a name and i had no idea what to call myself so i just typed The Man and my friend had XX in his gamer tag so then i just typed"The Man XX" and i just stuck.
 
I was always curious about channel names. The way I came up with mine was an incident that happen in s high school party. I was the type of person that was always serious about my work and I didnt really like to go out. One day I went to a party and mostly all my classmates were there. This was in high school which I should have mentioned in the beginning. When I showed up everyone was surprised that I showed up. One of my best friends said "finally churro you got here". So I came up with the name finallychurro because now I like to hangout and go to different places. How did you come up for your channel name.
 
Well I have the channel name Sin Ex Wrathinus, Sin is me, I added the Ex cause I really like Deus Ex Machina, and Wrath was like an IGN I used a long time ago, plus it's one of the Sins, so it kinda felt like it meshed really well in my head. Also have "Sin Gaming" as the overall brand name, and I had it on channel name but after reading some threads how having "gaming" in your name is really stupid since everyone and their grandmother does it I decided to change it to something more unique/personalized, cause at the end of the day I did agree with the sentiment that having your bran as your channel isn't really the best, unless you made a brand out of your channel lol, but yeah...

I notice a lot that many people that have a gaming channel have "gaming" at the end of there name. Must be a domino effect but that is the name the come up with. Your channel name is unique and it makes a lot of sense.

Yup, the funny thing is in the end half their vids aren't even gaming related, so it's like silly lol. (I'm thinking of ComedyShortsGamer now... even tho he's got gamer in his tag he mainly does vlogs/skits now so it's like come on dude). Well that was why I agreed with the thread creator anyways, how often does a gaming channel get big that actually is labeled blahblah gaming.
Pewdiepie, markiplier (even if his channel brand is markipliergame), jacksepticeye.... and the list goes on. Though I'm guilty of that too, making just gaming videos is nice an all but everyone wants some variety, make a challenge vid here an there, some reactions, vlogs, etc... and of course gaming as the majority of content.
 
Combined mine and my girlfriends first name and add music to the end of it. Pretty simple but I like the result!
 
My channel had a different name originally (J Galahad), but the about section read "Johnny Seagull's Video Movie House Motel" which was just something random I came up with off the top of my head. I guess one day I looked at that and thought "Man, Johnny Seagull is a way better name" and I changed it.
 
Well, mine is quiet simple. In my home language (afrikaans which is a derived from dutch) my channel's name is Vakie short for Klaas Vakie, translated to Sandman or Morpheus (Morpheus meaning creator of dreams). I was a very slow and confused in Grade 8 so that was why the name was given to me. Although at first I thought it was negative, I soon accepted my name and also changed it from negative to positive, and changed the reason from being slow and confusing to creator of dreams. I even introduce my self as "Vakie" people find it funny and is even like a small ice breaker on its own. So instead of creating dreams I started creating content.

"Mine is quite simple" Dude, really? :D That's so deep, man, now I feel like my name is lame ahaha.

Anyway, I come from Slovenia so my channel name is a Slovenian word that you can't really translate it, but it basically means "a lot of things". Something like that. It's actually "marsikaj" but it is written as it's an English word. Although maybe I ****** it up cause people don't know how to pronounce it but whatever :D I like it.
