Vlog channel/ Pros & Cons

hey guys! As some of you may know, I have a gaming channel and I've had it for about 6 months.

I want to Vlog, but I think that it could get annoying to the people who just want lets plays, and my Vlog videos could get lost upon the gaming videos.

So I'm thinking of started another channel just for vlogging.

So to any vloggers out there:
What are the Pros and Cons of a vlogging channel?
Any advice for starting one?
Do I have potential?

I would definetly say start a vlogging channel if you want to! Plus if it's on a separate channel and you decide you don't like it, you won't lose subscribers for uploading "out of genre", so no harm no foul! Personally, I love vlogging, it's a great way to document your life and I can't wait till I've been doing it for a few years and get to look back on my life.
