Well, if you have a lot of subscribers i think you could also have a lot of views, if they are active

I'd have to agree. I'd rather see how many people out of a million would subscribe to my channel than wonder if all 1 million subscribed for the right reasons. I think the views option of the question would provide more for the analytical process of it all.

I would say 1 million fans. 1 million views can come with the fans with them sharing the videos. But, 1 million views can only mean a small percentage of those who watched your video really liked it enough to subscribe
