Videos Not Performing View Wise.

I'm in the same boat as you Velocity and it is hard to not focus on numbers, especially when your competitors are so much higher in view counts and subs. My advice to you is to not worry about your competitors because it will only get you discouraged. I had the same problem and it is tough but i made up my mind to only focus on me.

112 subs in 2 months is great and the bigger your channel gets, the faster subs come in. Just stick with it

One question. I upload every 3 -5 days at the moment. Should I be uploading more? Currently BT have completely stuffed my internet so I have a 1.5 DL and 0.28 UP...So yeah, hard to upload every day.

It's certainly off putting when I see people like this who started one month ago, similar channel as mine and have 125,000 subs :O

Upload at whatever pace you feel, as long as you have something to let your viewers know your schedule. I started posting stuff everyday when a few of my viewers suggested it, so it's all about timing and when it fits. Just let your viewers know you will post on certain days, and maybe certain times if you can schedule it.

I generally have been uploading on random days at random times, is it pretty important to have it more organised? I have no real schedule really at the moment.

For every one guy that "Breaks out" like this and gets big in a hurry, there's a tonne of people who are sat there with next to no views, so don't let it discourage you, your doing really well.

To break out is very very hard to do, and even involves some luck if a bigger youtuber takes notice of a person. I generally enjoy watching a lot of gamers videos, not just the big guys, and I have to say your commentary is done well. Any time "umm" and "uhh" start popping up a lot I close those videos and move on, you do a pretty good job with your commentary but there are some times were some may sneak in. Just continue to work at it and you will do well, overall I find your commentary pretty good.

Ah, breaking out.

The worst part is, sometimes you do "Break out." You're subscriber count increases by a multiple of ten! You're feeling good about stuff!

And then that's all that happens. Yay, you have a hundred subscribers now! And then you realize that this is just like everyone else.

I know everyone keeps saying to not worry about the numbers but I'm losing a sub a day pretty much. Everytime I get one I seem to lose it so I'm going up in subs extremely slowly. Now I'm confused to how this could possibly happen. I can't believe it' due to accounts being deleted and what not. I can only assume I'm bugging people somehow. Is anyone else around my size losing a lot of subs?
