Videos Not Performing View Wise.

I put a lot of effort into my videos and in terms of video and sound quality they're pretty good. I talk fairly clear, don't umm and ahh too much and I believe the videos are fairly interesting, minus a couple of duff ones.

I had on the 16th - 18th a bunch of people unsub for absolutely no reason. I lost about 10 people and I only have 110 subs. The channel has been up just 2 months by the way.

Just wondering 3 things. 1. is 110 subs in just 2 months good? 2. Why would people unsub for what seemed like no reason? 3. My videos don't seem to be getting as many views as last month, the last 3 have under 100, any ideas why?

While your stats really aren't bad. I'm not sure if I'd hit 100 by 2 months yet... I think I may have been right around where you're at actually. But as far as drops in views and sudden loss of subscribers out of nowhere, YES, it's been happening to me too. Be it glitches, be it the layout, be it sheer coincidence and it's all legit, something just seems peculiar about youtube. You don't get the same results you used to, and people seem to be being unsubbed from some channels.

I know everyone keeps saying to not worry about the numbers but I'm losing a sub a day pretty much. Everytime I get one I seem to lose it so I'm going up in subs extremely slowly. Now I'm confused to how this could possibly happen. I can't believe it' due to accounts being deleted and what not. I can only assume I'm bugging people somehow. Is anyone else around my size losing a lot of subs?
THIS... THIS is why I think it's a glitch. Mine is the same way. If I gain 5 subs? I lose 2. If I gain 3? I lose one. Granted I gain subs every day so it's hard to tell if it's because of the gain or not, but it always seems to happen right after I gain some. You can count on it. The thing is, my content has only gotten better, and it's the same content it's always been. I didn't USED to lose subs frequently, I used to rarely EVER lose them... so I mean... if it's not some kind of glitch so be it, I can handle the idea that people frequently grow tired of my content it doesn't bother me, I just honestly don't think that's the reason.

110 subs in 2 months is really good! i watched one of ur videos and its great. you talk clearly and have good quality vids! if you dont have a very consistent uploading times this can also be a reason. if u post 3 videos a week on the same day every week subs like this more. However, if youre very unregular then some subs dont like that to much.
hope it helped a bit :P

This is very VERY true.

Well I upload every 3 days so I would presume that's regular enough? I find it hard to upload any more than that really.

its not about how much but just try to keep it consistent :) so that u always post ever 3 days and if u cant be sure to tell ur subs :)

Don't forget that YouTube un-subscribes inactive and closed channels from your account, that could be a reason why you're losing some subscribers ^.^

Because I've been losing a few subscriber, but yet I've gained new ones.

What counts as inactive? Just somebody who doesn't watch your videos?
no it's an account that hasn't even been logged into in a long time. Like the person hasn't even signed in in months or something.
