Videos Not Performing View Wise.

Yeah, thanks for the comments. I have no plans to quit, I guess you've just got to take the lows with the highs :)
 
Any idea why despite having 112 subs I only get about 60 views in total on new videos now (less than when I had less subs) and I guess about 30 of them are from subs, meaning that under 1/3 of my subs actually watch my videos. They all, minus the odd couple subbed off their own accord so you'd think they'd watch the videos?

Also, am I doing something wrong with the keywords to get more views? I'm a Call of Duty channel and to give an example of one video, these are the keywords I used. It's for the monthly COD tournament I'm doing. Should 'Call of Duty' be one keyboard or broken up into the seperate words 'call', 'of', 'duty'.

People have things to do, they sub because they like your stuff and want to remember to come back from time to time, not to declare they will watch every single one of your videos. You need to focus on your craft and stop obsessing over the numbers. Create, promote, improve and the numbers will work themselves out. Good luck. :)

Hang in there, it's easy to get discouraged by the numbers. In the fall and the beginning of winter I was getting close to 10k views a month, after the new year that has been cut in half & the channel averages 130 - 180 views a day. It's a rocky road you just have to do that thing you do, and switch it up from time to time

Thanks :), once the new channel designs take effect I'll have a tough choice on whether to use an adjusted version or a different version I've been discussing with a designer.
