Took me 2 Years to Get 400 Subs, any suggestions?

i watched a few of your videos, the quality looks good, some nice shots. but thats it. there is no personality in the videos. let me take one video for example. the hobbiton video

the video would be so much more interesting if you were giving us some fun facts. telling us who lived in the house you were filming, what scene this was in etc etc.

i can see what your going for, the one minute videos might work for some. but to me i think a 4-5 minute video, a bit more in depth. with some personality in it would be much more interesting. maybe you could do both. the 1 minute quickie and a longer form video with some more interesting parts in it. just my 0.02

Thanks a lot @Loki Doki after read all these replies from all of you guys here, the main thing i realized is that I have to give more of me on the videos, like show more of me talking, explain some fun facts about the place, and even talk to people and ask for their opinion.
I will make sure this next week it will be done! Thanks again, very good advice!
 
I think you content is good but you might wanna switch up your thumbnails because a lot of it looks familiar. But yea keep on working hard!
 
First of all man.. I don't know how you have enough money or w/e to travel that much lol but awesome. Good concept, 1 minute seemed really short though and no talking seems eh. I'd like to see something longer and more detailed. A IN-DEPTH 5-10 minute video of interesting things to do and see, and what to experience and what not to would be a better video IMO if you are traveling out there. 1 minute videos don't do anything for me in terms of learning about where you been.
 
Hello guys, it has been a month since I posted this thread and I got a lot of replies! Thank you all for them!
I have been now working on all your advice's like showing more of me and my personality, and longer videos. Some other small tweeks were added to the videos and channel in general.

I published today a video about the city of New York where I applied all my new knowledge that I have been working on the past month.
If you guys don't mind can you give it a check and let me know how am I doing.
Let me know anything that I should not be doing or something that I should Improve.

My objective here is not to advertise my channel but to get more knowledge so I can do a better job.
I will be very thankful for any advice.
