This sort of thing happens far more than we really think about! And it always ends up with no proof by "my word vs. yours"

I hope it isn't true but its impossible to be sure about these things. And the people just defending him for no reason other than being fans. Should be ashamed!

Also so should you, what a s****y thing to do! Piggybacking on such a horrible topic, just to get some more publicity!
 
Must admit I was very very skeptical before opening this thread, so much that I liked already posts saying "innocent until proven guilty" before reading the linked tumblr post.

There's something that screams legit in those words, I've not seen much of Tobuscus videos but enough to believe he might have a troubled personality (like most creative people have). This is the Internet and trolling runs wild, but she goes into so many details that I find hard to understand why somebody would/could come up with such an intricate storyline just to take down a competitor, for a lack of a better word.
 
As I've asked before and have yet to receive a reply to: if this really happened, why hasn't she gone to the police but have instead posted it on tumblr?

And she could very well describe it in detail without it actually having happened, that is not in any way proof...and jumping to his defence is only as bad as jumping to her defence, with no evidence.

I'm sorry to say, but false rape accusations also happens far more than people want to talk about.
It wasn't long ago a man was let out of prison after having served many years, because the girl admitted it never happened...people are jumping on the finger-pointing ban wagon way too quickly here based on nothing but a tumblr post.

And the people defending him for no reason should be ashamed? what about all the people pointing fingers at him for no reason?

Absolutely not denying that, could easily be a false accusation to try and get the spotlight or to tarnish his rep! Then that should be reported as a crime.

Either way this should be handled by the authorities. I'm not defending her or Toby, as I don't know enough details and im guessing nobody else does either!



The one bit of the story that sounded false was the bit about being drugged, if it was molly it doesn't last 3 days. The half life of MDMA in the body is about 6h as well as the taste being pretty damn revolting. She would have spat out the vodka. That's the glaring false bit of info to me, as I do Biochem and Pharmaceutical Development at uni and I have studied this in depth. Obviously the amount of info she gave us is minimal and is speculation with no hard facts.


Either way, neither are guilty yet but I hope the true story comes out soon!
 
I doubt it, the harsh reality is people don't care.

Especially his audience, children. They won't find out just how the finebros are still making loads of money!

Kinda funny how if someone is accused of rape its up to them to prove their innocence, rather than the accuser to prove their allegations. Wonder how this is gonna turn out.
