This is what happens when you achieve success in youtube. Not so much what he did, if he did it, but what happens when the allegations are made. Now am I saying that he did it, I don't know, we have side of things, but Toby has been quiet so far. But I can tell you what is gonna happen, your gonna see a lot of big name youtubers come out against him right away. The moment someone hurls something at you like this the community turns on you before you are even convicted. The court of public opinion tends to shine a harsher light than anything else these days. If he is guilty then there needs to be a police report, but there is a stature of limitation so she may have already passed that if this has been a couple of years go, but if more people come forward then yes justice may indeed be served. But it has to be justice from the law not us. We react to quickly based on one person's poll. And people like DramaAlert and others jump on this and yes may report it but who knows if it is true, especially when it seems no report has been filed.

All I am saying is in the end wait till more facts come out. If he has done everything they say he did, then yes the book should be thrown at him, but lets not all assume he is guilty just because it is the popular thing to do. Many a youtuber have been destroyed because of allegations that were later proven to be untrue. Its a tale to all of us that we are in public eye so to speak and unlike other celebs who may bounce back once you lose your audience here it is very hard at times to win them back.

What is considered "weird s**t" since a festish that is normal to one can be weird to another and vice versa. I mean I find a foot fetish gross and nasty but some love it. Of course forced rape is never cool and if it is true that is sad since I used to watch his videos back in the day. Though people can say stuff to get big names in trouble even if it is not true. The voice director of Pokemon got in hot water for "raping" a girl at a con and lost his job. However it was an allegation and apparently two years later no proof has been found.

Someone told me about this like two days ago! I don't know if it's true or not, but YouTuber or not, if guilty he should be charged like any other man would be.

Remember, innocent until proven guilty not the other way round.
I'm not advocating for people to gather pitchforks or for forming of hard opinions, but:

1.) It's a presumption of innocence for the legal system.
2.) Following up from 1, that's for the court proceedings. People don't live their lives by court decisions and it's silly to insist they do. Extreme example: If you witnessed your neighbor murder somebody yet your neighbor got the verdict of "not guilty" are you seriously going to start believing he didn't commit the murder?

And as for the whole false allegations thing, that false allegation ratio is quite even across all crimes. However, rapists are rarely found guilty in comparison to other crimes because of the "they said that, the other said this" nature of the thing, in addition to the horrid mishandling of reports when reports are made (it's not a mystery why people don't automatically go to the police sometimes, there's a long and thorough history of the phenomenon and the reasons behind it).

It's always a difficult and complicated situation, but the notion of "We must treat everyone as innocent until proven guilty!" outside of the courtroom is naive when it comes to actual human interactions.
